School Board
RALPH COCHRAN - President Mr. Cochran was appointed as President of the SCCA Board by the Session of Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church in the Spring of 2001. He also serves as a Deacon and Trustee at Stratford OPC. In addition, Mr. Cochran is President of Dominion Ventures, LLC which invests in commercial and residential real estate.
EDWARD J. PEREZ - Vice President Mr. Perez serves as Vice President of SCCA's Board and chairman of the marketing committee. Mr. Perez is the General Manager of a commercial cleaning company, which is part of a non-profit organization, in Camden, NJ. He has over thirty years of experience in business, marketing and sales.
JAMES LUCHS - Treasurer Mr. Luchs served as an advisor to the SCCA Board since the Summer of 2001. In February of 2006 he was appointed to serve as treasurer. He earned a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and he has 2 Masters Degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T) one is an MS in Mechanical Engineering and the other is an MS in Naval Engineering.
DAVID LUNDBERG- Clerk Mr. Lundberg faithfully serves as clerk for the SCCA Board. By providing this invaluable service, he helps the board to be more efficient. In addition, Mr. Lundberg is Clerk of Trustees and Deacons at Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
SIDNEY HENRIQUEZ - Officer Mr. Henriquez is the headmaster of SCCA and chairman of the operations comittee. He moved to New Jersey in June 2003 with his wife and 5 children. Prior to becoming SCCA's headmaster, Mr. Henriquez spent four years as Headmaster at Keystone Christian School in State College, PA and 3 years teaching in the grammar school at Veritas Classical Christian Academy in Lancaster, PA. He has spent his summers working as a consultant for Veritas Press, custom designing classical curriculum for schools and home schools around the country. Mr. Henriquez has been a guest speaker at the E.N.O.C.H home school conference held annually in New Jersey and various other speaking engagments focusing on the distinctives of classical Christian education.
Ex-Officio Board Members
REV. MARTIN L. DAWSON, SR. - Reverend Dawson has been Pastor of Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church since 1979. He serves as Moderator of the Session (Board of Elders) that oversees SCCA. Reverend Dawson received the B.Sci. degree from Bethany College, and the Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He is a retired Army National Guard Chaplain, and he holds the rank of Lt. Colonel. In addition to pastoring Stratford OPC, he currently serves as Police Chaplain for the Stratford Police Department.
JOSEPH ABRAHAM- Mr. Abraham serves as an elder at the Stratford Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
